Golden-ebuyz is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within the stipulated time-frame specified as below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier shipping agencies only.
Shipping
Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes in India. Orders are shipped through premier shipping couriers and where the courier cannot reach then the order can be shipped via government speed post. The entire discretion of shipping the order via government speed post rest only with Golden-ebuyz.
COD (Cash On Delivery) orders are NOT shipped via speed post or any government post or parcel service.
Orders are shipped the same day of placing the order or by 1 (One) business day / working day of Golden-ebuyz and also of the attached courier companies of receiving the order, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Golden-ebuyz endeavours to ensure the products are delivered within 07 (Seven) to 10 (Ten) business / working days from order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout of the order placing form.
Please note Saturday, Sunday, Public or Indian Government Holidays are not to be included as business days / working days for order processing by Golden-ebuyz. Currently we offer only standard pattern of shipping of the orders.
Golden-ebuyz is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal. Delivery of all orders will be sent to registered address of the buyer that he / she has entered on the site at the time of placing the order
Golden-ebuyz is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the registered user / customer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest span of time we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Shipping charges:
Golden-ebuyz uses shipping services of various logistics partner hence the tariff of these companies differ from each other. In order to standardize this, the registered user / customer is charged as per the cart value.
The Shipping charges as mentioned on the website of Golden-ebuyz are the combination of the shipping fee charged by the shipping partner / courier in combination to the handling, secure wrapping, finely packing and processing of the order for the products that is purchased by the user / customer.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Package Handling Charge
The package handling charges charged by Golden-ebuyz are intended to compensate for the cost of secure packaging, processing your order and handling the products you purchase. This charge also includes the drop of the package from the Golden-ebuyz office to the registered courier office.
Non-availability or Delay of Delivery
Please ensure that complete & accurate address is to be provided including zip code / pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. Inaccurate information and the physical address mentioned at the time of placing the order shall be liable for non-availability or delay in the delivery by the shipping agencies.
How to track the shipping and delivery status of the order?
All Golden-ebuyz items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with the shipping courier name and a Tracking ID code for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. As soon as the order is shipped, Golden-ebuyz sends in an e-mail to the customer mentioning the tracking ID code of the 3rd party courier. The order can very well be tracked on the courier website.
Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?
Any applicable octroi or the particular state entrance tax will be payable by the registered user / customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in any cities. Golden-ebuyz is not responsible for any octroi payments.
