Process to cancel the order

To cancel the order, the user / customer needs to inform us via email at cancelorder@golden-ebuyz.com with your order ID / order number within 6 hours after placing order, after that the order goes in for processing, packaging and shipping.

Once the order enters the processing stage, we can’t cancel it. In case the order has been cancelled, the refund process will take minimum 7 business days.

Cancellation by Golden-ebuyz: There may be certain orders that Golden-ebuyz is unable to accept and must cancel. Golden-ebuyz reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the user / customer, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. Please note that in case the order is cancelled by Golden-ebuyz in that case the MRP of the product along with the shipping charges will be refunded.

A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in cash in case of cancellation of order by Golden-ebuyz but in this case another e-code of the similar value will be reissued to the user.

Cancellation by the User: Golden-ebuyz does not accept any kind of order cancellation request via sms / whats app or any similar kind of mobile messaging format, medium or application. The order if needs to be cancelled the user has to fill out the cancellation request form on the website and send subsequently submit this form. The order cancellation should contain the genuine reason for the cancellation of the order.

In case of requests for order cancellations, Golden-ebuyz reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. Golden-ebuyz will not be able to cancel orders that are in the phase of processing or already shipped. It has the sole right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer shall accept Golden-ebuyz decision concerning the cancellation.

If the user / customer has cancelled the order, in that case only the MRP of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that when a user / customer himself cancels the order, either in the case of Prepaid order or in the case of COD order any of the Golden-ebuyz Promo Code or discount e-code  used for placing the Order will not be refunded. Any new discount code or promo code will not be reissued for the cancelled order once it has been applied.

 

Order Cancellation by Golden-ebuyz

The user agrees that due to some unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or dispatched. Golden-ebuyz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for certain situations.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled can include:

  1. Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  2. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  3. Problems identified by our managing / collaborate bank or payment gateway in terms of unsuccessful credit or fraud or unsuccessful payment received.
  4. Any defect regarding the quality of the product which is detected in Golden-ebuyz quality department is not suitable to ship to the user / customer.
  5. The product is rejected at our fulfilment centre due to bad quality and Golden-ebuyz is not able to arrange for a fresh product within the promised shipping timeline as shown on the product information page.
  6. The product is Out of Stock.
  7. Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a stipulated number of days.

Any type of discount voucher, promotional code used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Golden-ebuyz.

Order Cancellation in case of Prepaid order

In case the order is placed by the prepaid payment option which means that if the user / customer has placed the order using his credit / debit card, mobile wallets or other prepaid options mentioned on the website, in that case if the order is cancelled by Golden-ebuyz or by the user then the refund will be processed by bank transfer or by Mobile wallet as per the written choice sent in by the customer.

 

Order Cancellation in case of COD order

In case the order is placed by the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option which means that if the user / customer has placed the order using COD option mentioned on the website, in that case if the order is cancelled by Golden-ebuyz or by the user then the refund will be processed by bank transfer or by Mobile wallet as per the written choice sent in by the customer.

Forces Majeure

Under no circumstances shall Golden-ebuyz be held liable for any return or complete refund or any part of the refund of the items shipped from the Site, if the products that reach the user in a damaged or defective state due to directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.
