Return Policy

In the event the user receives a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, the user / customer is required to get in touch with the customer service team of Golden-ebuyz through any of the below mentioned channels mentioning your Order ID.

Send an email at with the order ID and picture of the defected / damaged product that is received. Sending of the order ID is mandatory.

The user / customer can mail at any time of the day. However, the customer care department of Golden-ebuyz functions from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with Saturday, Sunday and all Public and Indian Government holidays being off.

Golden-ebuyz shall make complete effort and all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the

purchasers. Golden-ebuyz will not initiate any refund or return to any returned items purchased by

the user unless the item is received by Golden-ebuyz in its office headquarters.

Upon receiving Your complaint, Golden-ebuyz shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Golden-ebuyz is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Golden-ebuyz will process your request for a replacement or refund. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Golden-ebuyz reserves the right to reject the return of the product.

Golden-ebuyz can refund or return any unopened goods within 07 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition with the original invoice. Returns will be approved at the discretion of Golden-ebuyz and all postage / courier costs are to be incurred by the customer.

If the product is damaged upon receipt to Golden-ebuyz, in that case we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned back to you. The return process of the product may be restricted by Golden-ebuyz depending on the nature and category of the product.

In order to return any products sold through the Website / Application of Golden-ebuyz, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

The user / customer has to notify Golden-ebuyz of receipt of a damaged / defective product within 24-hours of delivery to You. If the user / customer is unable to do so within 24-hours, Golden-ebuyz shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

Products should be unused and should not be tempered with in any manner. The registered users / customers are advised to return it in the original packing and with original tags or stickers.

Golden-ebuyz places company name stickers or heat engraves the company name on all of its products. To enable the product for the return please ensure that the sticker is intact till the time it reaches back to us at the return centre.

In the case of returns the products received without sticker or with torn / tampered / with half attached / with half cut / dismangled sticker, original tags or slips shall not be entitled as a legitimate return and in this process Golden-ebuyz shall decide whether to replace the product or to issue a refund or to process this as an invalid return and to issue no return or refund whatsoever.

Golden-ebuyz will not arrange for pick-up of the damaged / defective product. In case of a genuine damaged product the user / customer will be required to dispatch the product within one day from receipt of a defective product. No courier or freight charges will be reimbursed for the return of the product.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Golden-ebuyz quality check team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint / return. Any defective Product should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, sticker user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

Golden-ebuyz advises the users that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit and return back at Golden-ebuyz.

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Golden-ebuyz, the value of such product only in terms of the MRP of the product, as originally paid by the customer during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Golden-ebuyz or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit / credit card or online accounts.

While applying for refund for the returned damaged product the user can choose the refund to his or her own credit balance rather than the refund to the user’s credit card or debit card which was used for the purchase.

In case all or any part of the Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers that has been used by the user for placing the order in case of the return of a defective or damaged product the same value of the discount coupon or promotional code will be returned back to you. For more information to this please refer to the Policy for applying promotion that is mentioned in the policies section on the home page of the website.

In case for the return of the damaged or defective product where in the user has payed from the digital wallet the refund will be in the similar fashion. In case Golden-ebuyz is unable to refund from the digital wallet then the refund will be through other means and for this process a written approval will have to be sent in by the user applying for refund.

Orders paid online will be refunded within 07 working days through the online account or via other means depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Golden-ebuyz;

No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

In case of returns the return courier charges of the product needs to be paid by the buyer. Golden-ebuyz shall not be responsible for the same. In case the product is defected, the user / customer can ship the defected product back to Golden-ebuyz and only upon receiving the defective product and in certain circumstance Golden-ebuyz will ship a new product to the user / customer and in that case no shipping charges will be charged from the customer by Golden-ebuyz.

Proof of purchase from Golden-ebuyz (i.e. bill of sale, invoice or purchase receipt) must be returned back in the same condition when returning the defected product back to Golden-ebuyz headquarters.

No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order by the customer
