Any kind of Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers issued are the property of Golden-ebuyz and only Golden-ebuyz has the right to issue, re-issue or cancel the Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers at will and at any time (including during the validity period of the e-coupon) without -giving any prior intimation to the user, or if Golden-ebuyz.com has agreed to make available the discount coupons at the partner coupon offering websites or any such authorized third party, the information shall be made available.

The validity in the number of days of the Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers shall be displayed with on the website or mentioned on the email or any other electronic communication medium on which the Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers has been received to the registered user / customer.

The purchase value of the item / product in excess of the value of the e-coupon shall be paid by the user via debit card / credit card or any kind of mobile valet, along with using any kind of Discount Coupon / Promotional Code / Discount Option / E-Voucher.

It is to be understood by the user that Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated or sold and cannot be redeemed against cash on Golden-ebuyz website.

Any kind of Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers offered on the Golden-ebuyz.com website / Application cannot be combined with any other kind of discount coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions.

The user has to type or enter the correct code of Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers for availing the discount applying on the purchase. Golden-ebuyz is not responsible for non-applying for any discount coupon or e-code due to any typographical error leading to an entry of invalid coupon number / code.

On a sole discretion, if Golden-ebuyz.com decides to reissue the Discount coupon in case the original coupon has been lost, the reported lost discount coupon will then be nullified and the last date of validity of the reissued coupon will be the same as the last date of the originally issued coupon or E-voucher by Golden-ebuyz or any kind of discount voucher or discount E-code purchased from Golden-ebuyz.

Under no circumstances, Golden-ebuyz is liable to give the user a replacement of Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers, or any kind of discount voucher of the same nature and of the same value.

Golden-ebuyz reserves the right to reissue the kind of similar Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers looking into the genuineness and nature and circumstance involved in the case and only in the case if the order itself is cancelled by Golden-ebuyz.com

If any order is cancelled from Golden-ebuyz, whether due to the reason the product is out of stock, or less in quantity or if the quality is not adequate than any type of discount voucher, promotional code used in these orders shall be returned to the user and if the promotional code or discount coupon cannot be returned to the user in any case then Golden-ebuyz will issue a fresh Discount Coupon /  Promotional Code / Discount Option / E-Voucher of the same value to the user whose order has been cancelled by Golden-ebuyz.com due to the reasons mentioned before.

Golden-ebuyz will not return or refund any Discount Coupon /  Promotional Code / Discount Option / E-Voucher or  if the failure is resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.

No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects, and to apply for the product that has been received damaged or with manufacturing defect, that product has to be returned back to Golden-ebuyz with the customer’s own expenditure. After the receipt of the damaged or defected product, Golden-ebuyz.com can reissue a Discount Coupon / Promotional Code / Discount Option / E-Voucher of the same value that was used while placing the original order.

Any kind of discount coupon or E-code once used shall not be refunded in cash or cash back or in the same financial manner in any circumstances. Any kind of fresh discount E-code shall not be re-issued.

You shall use Golden-ebuyz website, any voucher / coupons or promotional codes purchased through it, for personal use only and shall not re-sell the same to any other person or any commercial firm. Golden-ebuyz will not be responsible in any manner, if any user / customer has purchased any kind of discount coupon or promotional e-code from any third party.

Golden-ebuyz does not employ any kind of people or representatives to sell the promotional codes, vouchers or discount coupons and hence Golden-ebuyz is absolutely not responsible for any kind of financial losses or mental agony or any kind of financial betrayal that may arise due to unofficial sale of voucher / coupons or promotional codes of Golden-ebuyz.com by any spurious or a fake person or fake company / fake third party / any fake party posing on behalf of Golden-ebuyz.

Golden-ebuyz shall not be liable for any lost or stolen Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers, or any kind of discount voucher and coupons or Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers once issued shall not be reissued.

The registered user / customer has to note that Golden-ebuyz does not offer any kind of discount on the shipping charges or dispatching charges of products unless any kind of discount option on shipping charges is mentioned and flashed on the website of Golden-ebuyz.

The user agrees and understands that any kind of discount options or running promotions as mentioned on the website of Golden-ebuyz cannot be clubbed together. The user can avail only one type of discount or any one kind or promotion while placing the order.

The registered user / customer agrees and understands that the Discount Coupon / Promotional Code / Discount Options / E-Vouchers offered are at a sole discretion of Golden-ebuyz and Golden-ebuyz reserves the right whether to apply the particular Discount Coupon / Promotional Code / Discount Options / E-Vouchers to the order placed by the user.

Golden-ebuyz reserves the right to initiate any other discount option or to withdraw any existing discount offers without any communication to the user. The users will have to check the website of Golden-ebuyz in order to gain knowledge of the existing offers or discounts prevalent during that time.

Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers may not work due to the following reasons:

The registered user / customer is advised to read and understand the promotion policy while applying the coupons. If the coupons or promotional codes are not working, then it may be due to the following reasons:

• The validity of the coupon may have expired.
• The Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers may have already been used.
• The coupon may not be applicable on certain deal items.
• These products are already at their best price and hence, further discounts are not applicable on them.
• The Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable. For example – if the Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Voucher is valid only for purchases above Rs. 1000, then in such a case the Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Voucher will not be applicable for cart values less than Rs. 1000.
• The coupon may be linked with a registered user account (or email) to which it was sent. Login with correct user account detail for availing the coupon discount.
• Certain coupon code will be applicable for only registered numbers.

Following are the types of Discount Coupon / Promotional Code / Discount Options / E-Vouchers at present offered in Golden-ebuyz

First time order discount:

This promotional code has the value of 10% discount on the MRP on the order value of Rs. 700/- or above, for the product/s that the user / customer has ordered from only from the website of Golden-ebuyz to encourage the first time shoppers at Golden-ebuyz website. This discount option is to be applied by the users who are placing the order with Golden-ebuyz for the first time. Once the order has been placed and this discount code has been applied the user will not be able to apply this code again as a history of the purchases by the user gets created and this discount will not be applied on the second or forthcoming purchase.

Refer a friend discount:

Every user who registers on Golden-ebuyz website is allotted a user ID, that he or she can use to log back into the Golden-ebuyz website. The registered user can refer / introduce his or her friend to the Golden-ebuyz website for purchasing products from Golden-ebuyz. In this case the referred / introduced friend while placing his or her order on Golden-ebuyz website / Application can enter the user ID of the already registered person who has referred Golden-ebuyz in the referred by column while placing the order.

As soon as the referred friend successfully registers on Golden-ebuyz and places the order for Rs. 1500/- or above in prepaid option, then a refer a friend discount code or cash back of Rs. 200/-  is sent to the earlier registered user who has introduced his or her friend to Golden-ebuyz.

If the friend has placed the order using the COD option then the referral discount or cash back will be sent to the user after the complete payment for the order has been received to Golden-ebuyz.

The information about the discount e-code or the cash back is sent to the user via email. The discount e-code to the user will be given via email or if any kind of cash back has to be sent that will be sent via mobile wallet.

In case no one has introduced the user to Golden-ebuyz in this case while registering on Golden-ebuyz the user has to mention N.A in the referred by column.

Female Bike Rider Discount e-code or cash back:

Golden-ebuyz encourages the motorbike rider spirit among all motorbike riders. Female bike riders are also coming up in the bike riding and there are various female bike-riding groups across India.

In order to promote the females in biking in this case a special discount is eligible to all female motorcycle / bike / two-wheeler riders. Golden-ebuyz is offering 10% discount e-code or cash back in special category only to female riders for order value of Rs. 1500/- or more. This discount e-code is available only to female bike riders and only on the bike accessories or two-wheeler safety products.

To avail this discount the female bike rider who is  placing the order has to enter her motorcycle licence number and front pic of her motorcycle licence on the column provided. These details will then be verified by Golden-ebuyz and when the data entered is correct then Golden-ebuyz then issues a cash back of the value of 10% on the MRP of order placed, only if the order value is Rs. 1500/- or more. In certain cases a discount e-code can also be issued of the same value.

The discount offered is only on the MRP of the products mentioned on the website. In case the female rider does not have the motorcycle licence or does not want to enter the licence information on the column provided can mention N/A in the column. In case the N/A is mentioned this female bike rider shall not be eligible for any discount or any discount e-code or any cash back. In this case, the order shall be charged on the actual MRP as depicted by the product.

Promotion of the month for a limited number of days (Discount option on order value for fixed time period)

From time to time Golden-ebuyz shall introduce certain monthly or otherwise promotions or certain discounts for the products. This promotion will be announced and flashed on the website for a limited or chosen number of days with the start date or end date mentioned for this promotional offer or for a limited time-period. This promotion may include certain percentage of discount only on order value of the product.

Festival Discount for a limited number of days (Discount option on order value for fixed number of days)

Golden-ebuyz may introduce certain festival discount on the products on major Indian festivals.  This promotion will be announced and flashed on the website for a limited or chosen number of days with the start date or end date mentioned for this promotional offer. This promotion may include certain percentage of discount only on MRP of the product.

Order on Birthday Discount

Every user while placing the order has to enter the birth date and year in order to make sure that that user is 18 years or above and authorised in terms of law to place the order through electronic medium. Every user who places the order on his or her birthday can be eligible for the discount for the order to be placed on the birthday.

While placing the order the user can select the tick box in the Yes option against order placed on birthday, if the order placed by the user is not on his or her birthday then the user can select the tick box under the No option. After this the user has to select the tick box under the category of Request for birthday discount Yes or No.

As and when the order date corresponds to the birth date mentioned by the user while registering on to Golden-ebuyz the user is eligible for the birthday discount which can be upto 10% discount on MRP for order value of Rs. 1500/- or above.

For example the birthdate of the user is April 15^th and the order is also placed on April 15^th then the user is eligible for the birthday discount.

This is not a mandatory discount and sole discretion in regards to the application of this discount rests with Golden-ebuyz. Please note that no two discount options can be clubbed together.

To qualify for the birthday discount the user / customer has to place the order on Golden-ebuyz using the debit card or credit card. Any kind of further discount, any other discount E-code or voucher, COD option is not valid if the user / customer wants to avail the order on birthday discount.

Combo Deal

From time to time Golden-ebuyz shall flash on the website combo deals of the products. This types of combo deal will be helpful for the users to place the order for more than one products and also be eligible for the prevalent combination offers or discounts.

Purchase Promotional E-code or E-discount card

Golden-ebuyz grants privilege to the user / customer to purchase discount e-code for further purchase on the site.  The user can also gift the e-card discount card to his / her friend for any kind of purchase on the website. This discount e-code or gift e-card shall carry certain paid value and the user can make the payment above the value of the card.

For example if the user purchases the discount e-code for Rs. 100/- then the paid value of this discount e-code will be Rs. 175/- and this will be valid for 10 days from the date of issuance / purchase. Valid only for the order value of or above Rs. 900/-

A registered user can purchase discount e-code for himself / herself for further purchase on Golden-ebuyz or can also gift a discount e-code to a friend. For doing this, the user has to go to Purchase / Gift discount e-code section of the website. The discount e-code once purchased / issued will not be re-issued again.

This discount e-code can only be applied to the MRP of the product. If the MRP of the product is less than the discount code applied by the user, in this case the discount e-code cannot be applied on the order. The discount code does not carry any cash or return value. The user agrees and understands that this discount e-code is not any code or offer for shipping discount.

Every discount e-code purchased by the user / customer shall carry an expiry period from the date of issuance and this expiry period shall be mentioned when the discount e-code is issued.

Request free discount e-code

The users / customers have the option to request a free discount e-code. The free discount e-code is in the denomination of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 100/-.

The redemption value of these discount codes will be on actuals which means that the discount e-code of Rs. 50/- will be having the discount value of Rs. 50/-. This discount e-code will be valid for 07 days from the date of issuance on order worth Rs. 900/- or above.

The discount e-code of Rs. 100/- will have the discount value of Rs. 100/-. This discount e-code will be valid for 10 days from the date of issuance on order worth Rs. 1300/- or above.

The registered user / customer can request only one free discount E-code for himself / herself in the duration of 02 months only by logging on from his / her e-mail ID that is registered with Golden-ebuyz.

The user / customer also has the option of sending the free discount e-code to his / her friend over the e-mail. The registered user can only send one discount e-code in one month to one particular email ID of a friend. However, if the registered user wants to send the discount e-code to another email ID in that case the registered user can send only 03 free discount e-codes in one month.

Avail free shipping

The order value of Rs. 3000/- or above qualifies for free shipping. In this case only the MRP of the product will be charged and the shipping charges of the product will be free of cost.

However, if the order qualifies for the free shipping in that case no other discount e-code will be applicable on that order. In case the user / customer has already applied the discount e-code on that order then free shipping will not be applicable on that order.

Affiliate discount

Golden-ebuyz affiliate commission process is free and enables the users to earn discount e-code or cash back by placing a link or links of Golden-ebuyz on their web site or third party websites with their user ID which advertises Golden-ebuyz or specific products on it. Any sales made to customers who have clicked on those links will earn the affiliate commission in the form of a discount e-code  and the customer will be notified of the same.

As soon as the new customer successfully registers on Golden-ebuyz and places the order with the user ID of the already registered user, an Affiliate commission discount e-code of 10% will be sent to the earlier registered user who has placed the link of Golden-ebuyz on their website or third party website.

The decision of sending of discounted e-code rest only with Golden-ebuyz.

Holiday Discount / Holidays Promotional Offer

Golden-ebuyz shall flash or superscript on the website the holiday/s promotional offer on major holidays such as Diwali Holidays, New Year Holidays, School summer vacation in order for the users to make best of this offer and also know more about the Golden-ebuyz website. Any kind of prevalent offers during the Holiday/s promotional offer will be flashed on the website and in the associated links.

The students or minors who are less than 18 years of age can place the order at Golden-ebuyz under the only condition that the order of the product is placed by the parent or legal guardian and only if the parent or legal guardian of the minor uses their own electronic information to log into the website or the payment information of the parent or legal guardian as mentioned under the laws of India.

To qualify for the Holiday discount / Holiday Promotional offer the user / customer has to place the order on Golden-ebuyz using the debit card or credit card. Any kind of further discount, any other discount E-code or voucher, COD option is not valid if the user / customer wants to avail the order on birthday discount.

Golden-ebuyz introduces a Free merchandise with original purchase promotional offer. This will be flashed on the Golden-ebuyz website / Application from time to time. In this promotional offer when a user purchases any product or places an order of Rs. 2000/- or above, along with the order a free merchandise from Golden-ebuyz will be shipped to that user. The sole discretion in regards to this promotion lies only with Golden-ebuyz.

In case this offer is not flashed on the Golden-ebuyz website / Application then also when a user places an order of Rs. 2000/- or above, then looking into the customer’s order history and as per the Golden-ebuyz sole discretion, a free merchandise from Golden-ebuyz will be shipped to the user.

Customer Loyalty bonus

Golden-ebuyz introduces Customer Loyalty Bonus offer. Looking into the successful order history of the customer or after the successful 20 orders by the particular user from the same user ID, he or she becomes eligible for Customer Loyalty Bonus offer from Golden-ebuyz. During this process Golden-ebuyz sends in an email / message to the customer informing that he or she is eligible to avail the Customer Loyalty Bonus offer.

In this bonus offer Golden-ebuyz sends the discount e-code to the user worth Rs. 500/-. The user can place the order for any merchandise up to the MRP of Rs. 500/- and by applying the discount e-code, that order will be totally free of cost for that user. If the order value is above Rs. 500/-, in that case, the complete order value will be charged from the customer and a cash back of Rs. 500/- shall be issued to the customer through digital mobile wallet and in case of cash back an e-mail shall be sent to the customer in regards to the cash back. In this process the discount e-code of Rs. 500/- will then become invalid. In some cases the discount voucher of the same value can be sent to the customer for the discount of Rs. 500/- for the next purchase from Golden-ebuyz.

To qualify for the Customer Loyalty Bonus, offer the user / customer has to place the order on Golden-ebuyz using the debit card or credit card. Any kind of further discount, any other discount E-code or voucher, COD option is not valid if the user / customer wants to avail the order on birthday discount.

This Customer Loyalty bonus offer is not a mandatory bonus, which means that this offer cannot be claimed by the customer. However, this bonus is distributed upon the sole discretion of Golden-ebuyz looking into the order history of the user.

Bulk order

If the user placing the order for 20 pieces or more of the same product irrespective of the MRP, then this order qualifies as a bulk order. This order will be shipped looking into the inventory of that particular product and the user will be notified of the same. In this bulk order, a discount of 10% will be allotted on the total MRP of the product.

Please note that the following discount options will NOT be valid if the user placed the order via  COD (Cash on Delivery).
