Where is Golden-ebuyz based? 

Golden-ebuyz has the headquarters in New Delhi, India. The complete process, shipping and working of Golden-ebuyz is done from its headquarters.

How do I become a registered user on Golden-ebuyz?

To register, click on the Sign Up button of the page. “Create an account” fill in basic details and choose a password and click on ‘Submit’ button. That’s it! You will become a registered member of Golden-ebuyz.

What time I place order?

The website of Golden-ebuyz operates 24/7 to receive the order. Your order once accepted successfully in our backend secured system and we will follow up it very soon.

What about Shipping charges or hidden costs?

There will be no hidden cost for any product, if any additional cost is there it will be mentioned on product details page.


For shipping, across India the shipping cost includes the shipping cost by the courier company and the order handling cost which includes the packaging, covering and wrapping of the order. How do I know about my the confirmation of my order?

As soon as the order is successfully placed and the payment is received an order ID / order number is generated. We shall process your order and send you an order confirmation email instantly and the user has to quote this order ID / order number for further communications with Golden-ebuyz pertaining to the order.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We generally take 07 to 10 business days to deliver the order to your doorstep anywhere in India. Business days are all working days except Saturday, Sunday and all Government and Public holidays. For any delay in order we will notify time to time. With the order confirmation mail the order tracking number is also mentioned from the courier it has been shipped. The user can track his / her order online on the courier website.

Can I pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking / Digital wallet / Cheque / DD / POD?

Since Golden-ebuyz have to pay the advance payment to the merchants for procuring the Bike accessories, two-wheeler safety products or for procuring the handicrafts the arcticians have to be given advance. Therefore, Golden-ebuyz prefers prepaid orders that are prepaid using Debit card / Credit card / Digital wallet and other online payment options. For all the prepaid orders that are either paid through credit / debit card, mobile wallets or other prepaid medium as mention while checkout of the order, Golden-ebuyz offers wide variety of promotional codes, discount e-codes and option to avail the cash back and other exiting offers, promotions and discounts.

Only for the suitability of user / customer, the POD option has been added with Golden-ebuyz. This means that the user / customer can place the order for the products using the POD Option while placing the order.

Please note that the following discount options will NOT be valid if the user placed the order via  POD (Payment on Delivery).

  2. Any kind of Combo deals flashed on the website.
  3. If the user / customer has requested any free discount e-code from the website.

The refer a friend discount e-code or cash back (Either of the one) will only be sent to the user if the friend has placed the order with Golden-ebuyz using prepaid options / debit card / credit card, mobile wallet or other prepaid options mentioned on the website. If the friend has placed the order using the POD as payment option, then the referral discount e-code or cash back will be sent to the user only after the complete payment for the friend’s order has been received to Golden-ebuyz.
  10. Bulk Order

The Discount Coupons, Promotional Codes, Discount Options, E-Vouchers in case of POD (Payment on Delivery) will only be valid on following options:

  1. Any festival discount flashed on the website for limited number of days.
  2. If the user has purchased the promotional discount e-code / discount E-voucher from Golden-ebuyz for himself or has sent a purchased discount e-code to a friend.
  3. If that friend places the order on Golden-ebuyz using the prepaid option and pays via Debit card / Credit card / Digital wallet and other online payment options mentioned on the website  only then that discount e-code will be valid.

Can I cancel a confirmed order on Golden-ebuyz?

We start processing the order as soon as we get the information and hence orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. However, in an unforeseen situation where you need to fully or partly cancel your order, cancellation can only happen before the final product has entered the order processing process.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel the order, you need to inform us via email at custcare@Golden-ebuyz.com with your order ID / order number within 6 hours after placing order, after that the order goes in for processing, packaging and shipping, once the order enters the processing stage we can’t cancel it. In case the order has been cancelled, the refund process will take minimum 7 business days. For more information about the order cancellation process, please refer to the cancellation and returns policy on the policies section on the home page of the website.

Why did Golden-ebuyz cancel my confirmed order?

Golden-ebuyz sources bike accessories from branded merchants and handicrafts products from several handicraftsmen and artisans spread across the country. While our team does its best to ensure that the products are available with us in Golden-ebuyz stock warehouse at all times, and for this the regular stock updates are done but there could still be a slight possibility of your order getting cancelled due to one or more of the below mentioned reasons:

  • The product is rejected at our fulfilment centre due to bad quality and the merchant is not able to arrange for a fresh product within the promised shipping timeline as shown on the product information page.
  • The product is Out of Stock.
  • Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances.

Where can I buy Golden-ebuyz products in India?

Our products are available through our website www.Golden-ebuyz.com  and a few online E-commerce platforms.

What if an item is out of stock?

If any product is out of stock, then the same sticker or information is mentioned on the product listing on the website. We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply and the product quantity can go out of stock. You can check in the website later for any updations in the stock quantity of the particular product. In another case, you may send us an email at custcare@Golden-ebuyz.com should you wish to purchase any product which is listed as out of stock on the website and we will endeavour to make it available.

Where do I contact for any customer support?

Golden-ebuyz is always there to support for its user and customer for any kind of support. For any kind of support pertaining only to the orders, please email us on custcare@Golden-ebuyz.com.  Apart from this, there is a Whats app number flashed on the home page of the website and a whats app icon ion the home page. The users / customers can also send us their query through whats app. We are in the process of adding the customer care phone number to cater to the customer needs. Please note that any of the whats app chat will not be recorded and the user / customer has to treat every chat as the new chat. The user / customer understands that he or she will not give any reference of the previous whats app chat.

How long does it take to process and ship an order? 

Once the order is confirmed and the payment is received, or also if the order is on POD, the order is sent for processing and packing and is shipped within 24 hours. The official working timings of Golden-ebuyz are from 9.30 am until 06.30 pm on all working days. We are closed on Saturday, Sundays and all Public and Government Holidays, so orders received on those days are dispatched on the next working day.

Can ‘in-transit’ shipments be tracked? 

Yes, we offer 100% tracking on all shipments. The tracking ID and shipper details are emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. In this way the users can track the shipping and movement of their order.

Will I be charged for additional duties & taxes in case of domestic shipping?

All the orders are shipped within India from our headquarters in New Delhi to your provided shipping address. All our prices are inclusive of GST and standard taxes as per the regulations laid down by Government of India. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes if applicable which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice / receipt from our shipping partner for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Once your order is confirmed and the payment is received, we process your order and hand it over to the shipping company as per shipping and delivery time frame mentioned against each product. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at custcare@Golden-ebuyz.com with the concerned order ID with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company, then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can my order be shipped to a post office box?

No. Since we offer door-to-door and physical address deliveries through our shipping partners, therefore you must include full address details including a street address, office, house or flat number for the shipping address.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. Golden-ebuyz does not reimburse any shipping charges for the returns. The customer has to return any order at his / her own expense. For more information about the order returns please refer to the order cancellation and returns policy on the policies section on the home page of the website.

Do you issue refunds?    

Yes, we issue the refund. However, any promotional coupon or any e-code that has been applied on the order is not refunded. It takes 07 business days to issue the refund. Are return shipping costs credited? 

The shipping cost in case of the returns are not credited. In case Golden-ebuyz agrees to return back the shipping cost the order processing and package handling charges will not be refunded. Why is the product not available for shipping in my Pin Code?

The shipping of the product for your pin code might not be available due to any of the following reasons:

  • Golden-ebuyz does not offer shipment/ service/ warranty of the products across India and hence, restricts it to certain pin codes.
  • State regulatory issues, legal restrictions or any other compliance related reason.
  • Non-Availability of a reliable shipping partner for your location

I just received an email with a tracking number but I am not able to track the order on the courier website. What should I do?

Golden-ebuyz sends the email mentioning the tracking number to the users / customers as soon as the courier partners pick up the package. However, the courier partners may take 24 hrs to 48 hrs to update the tracking details on their website and hence, your order may not be tracked during this period. Therefore, the user / customer is advised to check after 24 hours or in some cases after 48 hours on the partner courier sites in accordance to the tracking number sent earlier.

How secure is paying on Golden-ebuyz?

Golden-ebuyz has affiliated with Pay-U money as the authorized partner for all payments. Pay-U money is PCI-DSS compliant, which makes it safe to do online transactions. A company has to pass through rigorous tests to get the PCI-DSS compliancy. All the transactions are secured with 128 bit SSL encryption and two factor authentication. Pay-U money applies 100+ risk rules for each payment. Pay-U money is an expert in online payments in the online market.

Golden-ebuyz follows RBI guidelines for online payments which includes ‘MasterCard 3D Secure’ PIN and ‘Verified by VISA’ PIN. Golden-ebuyz does not store any customer credit card or financial information on its servers. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers.

Therefore, the payment done on the website of Golden-ebuyz is risk free and is completely safe to pay on Golden-ebuyz using your credit card, debit card, bank transfer or digital wallet.

Why was my card declined on your site? 

A few credit card issuing banks require your explicit approval before allowing the transactions, else they auto-reject the charges and decline the card transaction. Please check with your bank if your card is declined on our site and re-try the transaction.

What do I do if a Discount Coupon / Promotional Code / Discount Option / E-Voucher issued by Golden-ebuyz is not working?

Your coupon may not be working because of any following reasons:

  • The validity of the coupon may have expired
  • The coupon may have already been used either by the registered user.
  • The coupon may not be applicable on certain deal items. These products are already at their best price and hence, further discounts are not applicable on them.
  • The coupon will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable. For example – if the coupon is valid only for purchases above Rs. 1000, then in such a case the coupon will not be applicable for cart values less than Rs. 1000.
  • The coupon may be linked with a user account (or email) to which it was sent. Login with correct user account detail for availing the coupon discount.
  • Certain coupon code will be applicable for only registered numbers.

Why do I see a processing charge on my card statement? 

If the user / customer has done the transaction using his / her Credit card, in some case some credit card issuing banks add a small processing charge on your credit card for purchases. Please note that this charge is not from our side. If any kind of transaction charge or processing charge has been incurred while placing the order, please check back with your bank for the same.

Why are taxes being charged when I apply a coupon code?

The taxes that are charged on the total value of the product after discount or coupon code have been applied on the basis of the guidelines issued by regulatory authority and as per the tax format laid down by Government of India.

I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Any applicable Octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them. Golden-ebuyz is not responsible for any octroi payments.
